LSU senior right-handed pitcher and Baton Rouge native Russell Reynolds will start in game one of the College World Series finals vs. Florida on Monday night, according to head coach Paul Mainieri.


First pitch between LSU and Florida is set for 6 p.m. CT on Monday night. The game will be televised on ESPN.

ah cpm tried to ruin this guy, he only pitched 2 innings max at lsu and pitched awesome in first 3 innings of work in cws, thats all you can ask for out of him, he should have been done right there after 3rd but instead he tried to keep him in the 4th and let guys on base and it got out of hand, could have let bush do a couple innings then another 2 pitchers, simple logic to win if you know what you doing. sure hope cpm knows what he is doing in game 2 to force game 3. he looked lost in game 1
