Great teams dont lose these types of games. And every year people defend Manieri saying he gets his teams to play hot at the end of the year. That's true but it doesnt result in winning the world series. LSU deserves a coach with a killer instinct.

CPM needs to go. LSU's pitching staff is always thin and full of guys who can't compete in midweek games much less on the SEC weekends. This is a glaring and consistent recruiting problem. The players also reflect the attitude that midweek games are not important and if anyone doubts that all you have to do is look at the LSU record over the last few years vs. Midweek opponents. Players play just like they are coached and reflect the coaches attitude. Pathetic.
