LSU baseball coach Paul Mainieri spoke with reporters on Tuesday afternoon and said that pitcher Jesse Stallings cut his finger on Monday night washing dishes and had to get stitches.

As a result, Stallings will not be able to pitch on Wednesday against Lamar and his status for this weekend against Sacramento State is unclear.
