ESPN Hears Rumbles Of Rick Pitino Taking The Georgia Job

The league just keeps getting tougher. I love it.

Zero chance of that. Jay Williams has no real connections to this. Pitino trying to get his name out to any job possible.

Who cares. I have no problem with him coaching.

If I was Georgia I would this man in a heart beat. All them coaches cheat. Ole Rick just got caught.

Rick Pitino and other coaches like him are ruining this game and most are ok with it. NCAA needs to make an example out of these people or it will just continue!!

Post-Herrick/Tony Cole and excluding Damon's fiasco (who was dismissed shortly thereafter), and after years of Mark Richt as head coach, I would be very surprised if UGA hires Pitino. I'd bet the boosters and alumni base would have some pretty strong words against the move if they brought him in.

It's basketball. Nobody cares about perception or probation in this league. If this were football, no way in hell he gets a phone call. The general consensus, sadly, is so what if we get probation in basketball.
