Early in the 4th quarter of the Alabama vs Michigan college football on Saturday night the camera cut to Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit in the booth as Musburger started to talk about the dominating performance by Alabama. Out of nowhere, the audio cutout. After a few seconds of silence, Musburger turns to Herbstreit while barely holding back his laughter and says, “pick a SEC team to play for the National Championship.” What did Musburger say?
