ESPN anchor Stuart Scott had an awesome, moving speech after receiving the Jimmy V Award for Perseverance at the ESPYs on Wednesday night. Scott was diagnosed with Appendiceal cancer in 2007 and underwent four surgeries in the seven days leading up to this week's ESPYs. He starts his speech at the 7:30 mark...
