ESPN's Erin Andrews filed a new lawsuit in Davidson County Circuit Court last week accusing the Nashville hotel where she was unknowingly videotaped in the nude in 2008 of invasion of privacy, negligence and infliction of emotional stress. Andrews is seeking $10 million in total damages for each alleged count — $4 million from convicted perpetrator Michael Barrett and $6 million from the hotel. The lawsuit states..
quote:

"The unknowing and unwelcome filming of (Andrews) while she was changing and the further dissemination of unauthorized, private videos of (Andrews) in the hotel rooms has caused and continues to cause her great emotional distress and embarrassment,”

At least she knows how to file a lawsuit! More than I can say about her day job. Erin answer the phone Playboy is calling!

She was violated but how is the hotel at fault? The management cannot control the actions of all or any guests. Plus let's NOT forget how Miss Andrews treated the small boy prior to a game asking for an autograph.

She seems to full of herself and is NOT a great spots reporter either.

Really though, how much can the hotel be held liable? Was he an employee? Did he call up room service for a drill and a nifty spy camera?
