"Ms. Amy changed my diet,” Oatis said. “She helped me take away bread and rice. I got a lot of baked chicken, a lot of vegetables. I feel great. I move a lot better than what I did in high school.”

I was expecting this to be a softball player.

Forget the weight, how tall is he? His head is almost touching the ceiling!

420? Now that's putting the groceries away.

I hate the take away rice thing. Maybe learn to eat it correctly. Remove a quick digesting food and replace it with a bunch of gassy veggies. But hey, good job on losing weight.

Going to go out on a limb and say Alabama's sports nutritionist knows better than BlackPot.

I watched him play high school. If he would’ve been that slim in high school then I can attest that he would’ve been an even scarier opponent to line up against. Proud of you Jaheim!

Yes, he was absolute monster in High School. He was a freak. I saw a very pedestrian player last season. I'd really like to see him around 300 but he was WAY too heavy last season and it showed in his play. His lateral movement was non existent.
