Of course. Everyone knows no amendment in the constitution is absolute. If "shall not be infringed" means tons of gun regulations, restrictions, and bans are okay, then the wording of the 22nd amendment allows for reasonable term limit extensions. I mean thay should be, and they should be replaced with LNG or nuclear. Coal is why we have heavy metals in all our fish and streams. I don't care about carbon, but the really heavy metals that coal specifically produces are definitely bad for us and we have the natural resources to replace it....
