I have an infrared sauna at my house and I wish I had gotten it sooner. I do love traditional saunas but it just was easier and more cost efficient to go with infrared for me. It heats up quickly and I get a good sweat!...

I can relate as watched a daughter that got into strength training with her ACL recovery get strong so quick. It was awesome! Company still has a traditional pension for those that were grandfathered in prior to 2010. They will quit funding it in a few years but will replace that with a high % into the 401k. This is not oil/gas....
