No state tax is a plus, however living in the woodlands, tx and paying a large sum of money in property tax is another.My dad lives in Myrtle Beach, SC on a golf course and pays 5% of the amount of property tax as what I pay yearly. However, almost every home in Myrtle Beach is on a golf course lol ...

TS Bill and daycare closed at 2 due to weather, funny thing is that really happened. I think the daycare staff must be tiger fans...reminder to self to send thank you card ...
