I am trying to divorce Suddenlink for the terrible customer service as well. Biggest frustration is the inability to ever get a human on the phone. I was supposed to get set up with DirectTV after a month long install wait that began during Suddenlink's outage from Laura and they no showed yesterd...

[quote]What have the administrators / leaders in these school districts been doing all summer long? I would assume / hope these folks were preparing for the upcoming school year with the anticipation that social distancing would be required.
