some of it has to do with standards. If they touch one part of the lower bowl for renovation, they have to meet all the current standards. This includes making all the restrooms handicap accessible. There would have to be a tremendous amount of work to bring everything in those sections up to cod...

I remember the ones from the 80's with Jim/GYM, and they were great, but Big D and Bubba started them again with 100.7 in 1997, and the best one I have heard in a long time was the one they did the week before the Florida game....it gave me goose bumbs..... not so much since then with whoever does ...
