Completely inside. But goaltending includes any ball with the potential of going in. (A judgement of the referee.) So in this instance the direction of travel of the ball is relevant. If the ball had struck the rim and still traveling towards the goal, it would have been goaltending even if not with...

Only if in the judgement of the referee the action impacted the ball. Which it did not appear to have to me. His hand was down before the ball arrived and didn't have a lasting impact on the goal.
