re: New Bolt Gun - 300WM - duckaholic25
Im assuming you are reloading since you have a custom rifle. The barnes long range bullets are hard to beat hunting wise. Im shooting the 175s but if you wanted to shoot the 200s they would be just as good if not better. Nosler partitions 180grs are awesome too just not as accurate. For powder the w...

re: IST 10-1 - duckaholic25
Bienville parish Elite synergy Slick trick mags Millennium lock on Hogs moved in yesterday but I just took one of the stinking jokers out. The sound of that slick trick breaking ribs and that death squeal gave me a little satisfaction. ...

re: Best lock-on stand for bowhunting? - duckaholic25
They don't get any better than when your using. If you don't feel comfortable standing then don't. It's just unneeded movement....

re: Scent control for hunting clothes - duckaholic25
What I do is get a tote from Walmart that is big enough for my bow to go in. Then get a small ozone generator and attach to the top of the tote lid. re: Anybody here ever turkey hunt in Kansas? - duckaholic25
Yes the weather matters. You can be on a piece of land one morning and swear there aren't any turkeys within a mile. Then the next morning they will be gobbling in every direction. To me the wind seems to be the main factor in how good they gobble....

My daughter just turned one, and it took three ivfs. You need to concentrate on that now. It is stressful enough without having to worry about a new puppy....

re: 56mm scope, anyone use one? - duckaholic25
I have a night force ATACR and I love it. If you are willing to spend a little more that's what I would go with. I think with the Swarovski your are paying more for the name. There is better glass out there in that price range....

re: 56mm scope, anyone use one? - duckaholic25
Light transmission has nothing to do with tube size. Bigger tube just gives you more elevation and windage. Light transmission comes from the quality of the glass and the objective size. ...

re: ideal 300 magnum - duckaholic25
Hard to beat the win mag. Plenty of velocity to push up to 215 grains. I had one built with the throat longer than a saami throat and it pushes berger 215 hybrids about 2800 fps. Shoot it as far as you want, and don't have to worry about changing the barrel every 800 shots. Which ever caliber you ch...

re: The War On Privet Hedge - duckaholic25
Remedy will kill it. It's kind of expensive but you only have to mix 2oz per gallon. Tractor supply usually has it for like 80$ a gallon. Also need to add a surfactant. It kills it every time....

re: elite impulse 31 - duckaholic25
I would go with the e32 if I were you. You would not be giving up much velocity but the draw on the e32 is much smoother due to the longer brace height. I will give up velocity any day it helps me shoot better and has a smoother draw....
