I was on Zoloft for a few months. It did cause the sexual side effects you fear and also came with insomnia. Yay! But as my DR said anti-depressants are a grab bag drug. You just have to find what works for you. I'm on Celexa now, and it works much better for me.

If you think she is a threat to herself take her to the ER. Also check out Baton Rouge Behavioral. The coroner can hold them for up to 14 days. They are a psych ward, but have a lot of addicts as well. Sounds ideal for her. They will adjust medicines correctly and set up out patient treatment. ...
