I didn't say Davey was from LA, just saying that Nall & Josh Booty are and were contemporaries of Davey. He used Davey, among others, to define the time frame. ...

Josh Booty & Craig Nall came to LSU the same year as Davey so those 2 have to be included. Also, LSU became a legitimate national recruiter under Saban and has been able to go after the best since then, not just limited to Louisiana QB prospects...

Besides, the score was 21-14. Florida State thought about going for the 2 point conversion, but decided it was too early and didn't want to be chasing that point the rest of the game....
