my son is 6 and shoots a .410 under my strict supervision. My newphew is 8 and shoots a 7mm-08 with reduced recoil rounds and he does fine. He wears ear protection and all the time, and uses a shoulder pad when shooting at targets. I am looking at the Ruger M77 7mm-08 compact for my son next year...

I bought one for my little boy, he is 6, and it is pretty accurate. I got it for him to practice shooting through a scope. I shot a coon at about 75 yards with it and rolled him, so it is pretty accurate....

I shoot rage 2 blade and really like them. I shot a doe opening weekend and she didn't go 10 yards, the entrance hole was huge....
there were some pics on rodnreel.com posted by Capt. Tommy Pellegrin in Terrebonne Bay, it didn't look good. A mat of big clumps of oil....
I guess the oilman's rodeo in Cocodrie is going to be just a party with no fishing on Memorial Day weekend....

^^^^ That is correct, the need to drill into the existing well, pump a high weight fluid that creates a higher hydrostatic pressure than the formation flowing and kill the well. Spud refers to when they first start to drill into the sea floor or ground....
