You are doing the right things, just try your best to be patient. Any new medication will take a couple of months to be much help, and it often makes things worse before they get better.
Self love is huge. Try to look in the mirror several times a day and tell yourself I love you (and mean it)....

I do believe that Bama, like Tennessee, is on a different level than the two teams we've played so well against over the last couple of weeks, but I am surprised that we are getting 13! I took the Tigers and the points (first game I've bet this year)....

Assuming that what appears to be happening is happening, and Putin is simply taking back parts of Ukraine because he wants to and can, how should the US and Europe respond?
What will happen in real life is that the West will "blast" them with sanctions and "cripple" them with big talk. In respon...

Our 8 year old son is on Ritalin. He is extremely hyperactive and it helps him a lot. When he wakes up in the morning he's like a crazy person until he takes his medicine and then like 15 minutes later he's ready to learn/help/work. Doesn't take away his personality or turn him into a zombie like ...
