I had the same problem. Clean the carb. Boat ran perfect just no top end. Seemed like boat was plowing. Cleaned carb and back to 26/27. 1854 center console ...

I have one on a 18-54 Gatortail. 5 1/2 foot or less if water. Doesn’t do good on hard bottom(oysters and rocks) Does great considering the price compared to full size. 4 other friends with surface drives and they all have one. Not perfect but I reall like it. Easy to take on/off. Pole co...
