Not only have most been on, but like most NCAA schools, LSU makes them available for free.
Once NCAA brackets are announced, LSU should at a minimum have free audio....

KRJO online now goes dark for LSU games. Regular broadcasting still works fine, but they quit carrying the games more than a week ago. ...

Happened to me once. Subscription expired because new credit card wasn't on file. I made payment w/ new card, but then another automatic charge went on as well.
I emailed fansupport@neulion.com and they resolved it for me in about 2 or 3 days....

Because Arkansas is a fellow XOS website, RazorVision is allowing the Geaux Zone to simulcast the games. RazorVision will blackout the games where CST is available, the Geaux Zone can only broadcast what they have access to....

For whatever it's worth JMU is No. 5 in DI-AA rankings. They've been a good team for years, just ask Va Tech who lost to them in 2010....

Hasn't been announced that I have seen, but is typically 3 weeks before the opening game. Saturday, August 11th or Sunday, August 12th are likely, but just don't know yet...

SEC Digital Network has a player that embeds espn3, it may bypass blackouts:

Playing a DI-AA team always hurts a little, but Towson was good enough to get a bye into the round of 16 in the DI-AA playoffs. We could have done a lot worse as far as DI-AA teams go......
