Have used FCA for all three of mine. We have been happy with everything at FCA. All issues were addressed promptly and professionally. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place....

I had a doe processed at Bergeron's this year. All ground meat, deboned, vacuum sealed, and back strap tenderized. Was right at $150. Like any processor, depends on what you want done. Sausage with different stuffings get expensive....

I have twice. Got married there a few years back and stayed in the suite with the private pool. Very nice. The restaurant on-site is very good as well. Have gone back and stayed for anniversary and stayed in a different room. Highly recommend it....

Went two weeks ago. Stayed at Boudreaux's as well. No live shrimp around there. Caught ours on artificial, mostly Vudu Shrimp on popping cork and plastic cocahoes. Couldn't fit another boat on Philo Brice but saw several people catching. Heard good reports further south along the islands....

I went with Captain Michael Pittman with Fish Venice Charters last spring. Young but great captain. Put us on some tuna, hooked a marlin and finished up with some cobia. Was a great trip. Would book again. I booked with Captain Will Wall, but got passed off to Captain Pittman the night before...
