i believe in the judicial system. certainly racial issues can play a part but to assume all white people feel one way and all blacks feel another is insane. i also like how you answer all my questions with questions as i answer your Qs...

you posed a case where all the white jurors vote the same and its up to the remaining black jurors. thats a huge assumption in a case where no one seems to feel comfortable with a verdict....
