Keating died in 2006. That’s when they named the camp after him. The movie took some liberties in trying to write him in. He had no affiliation to that unit....

re: Anybody deal with southpoint vw for buying a vehicle!

I bought my wife an Atlas there about a month ago. Super easy to deal with. I negotiated the price via text messaging with the salesman for about 3 days, they even gave us a trade in quote by text pictures and the vin#. After price was agreed on they had to get it out of Dallas, they waived the tran...
re: Anybody own a bennche side by side?
Posted by SniperActual6 on 11/22/17 at 9:33 am
I bought the one from Cabelas (it’s a bennche with different badging). Have had it for 3 years now. No issues with it. I use it for hunting and work at the camp. It was to good of a price to pass up. Cabelas sold it to me for $7500 out the door with a roof included. My only concern now is getting it...

I just purchased the SE w/ tech package and R-Line package. It is a v-6 front wheel drive. Plenty of power that is sneaky. Wife told me she has to watch her speed on the interstate because the smoothness of the drive. We were able to get it at 40K out the door....

I don't believe the resistance has anything to do with distance. Think of the resistance has the weight of a boat. The more resistance = the heavier boat. I watched a lot of YouTube videos to try to get more out of it and I still think my spm is higher than optimal from what I have read. But I have ...

re: Sig P320 subcompact FTE question
Posted by SniperActual6 on 3/21/17 at 7:38 pm
I wrote this in another thread, but I bought the p320 full this past Saturday. Straight out of the box on Sunday I shot 250 rounds of mix blazer and some real cheap American rounds I believe. I had no issues. My guess you might have some issues with the gun not ammo....

re: 'Taking Fire' Discovery's new series "combat in Afghanistan’s deadliest region"

I was with the unit that handed off the Korengal to 173rd (Restrepo guys). To get anywhere near the 50% they would have had to account for injuries as well. We had just as many KIA as did 173rd in the valley. The company size elements were 100 to 150 soldiers in the valley at once. No unit took 50-7...
