re: M.I.P. In Baton Rouge - 44Bogger
I got one in tigerland the night before Fat Tuesday in 2000 when I was in BR visiting a HS friend. Was crossing a parking lot with a 16oz in hand. Cop pulled up and gave me a ticket while his partner poured out about 14oz of Old Milwaukee. They even used some test kit to see if it was indeed alco...

re: Anyone have a Silencerco Omega on their rifle? - 44Bogger
Not in hand but have had one pending since October. Will most likely be dedicated direct thread can for hunting rifles. H&R .300 blackout, A-Bolt .308 and A-Bolt .300 Win. Have a YHM Phantom LT now and like it. But not rated for .300 Win. Can't wait to shoot it with Omega. Glad to be able to ...

re: Kawasaki brute force vs Honda Rincon - 44Bogger
We use both for work here. Water tanks on each rack and 26" tires. Brutes are very fast but we have had trouble with them. Running hot, belts, oil leaks. Keep in mind they are pushed hard. The Rincons are great to ride but not made for work. The Rubicon is Hondas work bike. ...

re: Anybody have a pistol suppressor? - 44Bogger
I have not used a decibel meter but I can say that what host you use does matter. A friend of mine bought a .45 Osprey the same time I did. Picked up from dealer on same day. His host is a HK compact tactical. It is noticeably louder than my 1911....but still quiet. Maybe the HK slide opens...

re: Anybody have a pistol suppressor? - 44Bogger
I love my .45 Osprey! Main host is a Springfield Loaded but I also have a G23 with threaded barrel. Just have to swap pistons but that only takes a couple minutes. You can sling some lead outta that Glock in a hurry. My stock Novak sights work fine during ample light. But they are solid w...

re: Anyone ever sell on gunbroker? - 44Bogger
It is easy. Make sure their FFL will accept from a non-FFL. .....Cause I assume you don't have one. And don't forget to verify their FFL before shipping and include a copy of it in package. Ship USPS. If they give you crap, have them look it up. Perfectly legal to mail long guns....
