Just for fun, when considering all the variables...Talent, resources, etc.--Which staffs have done the best jobs developing players, game preparation, game management, etc. Here's my off the cuff 1-14 rankings.

Frankly, they are overrated. This team is 6-2 as a result of 3 cupcakes (UL-Monroe, New Mexico State, and North Texas) and a talented roster. This one is all on the coaching. Failure to develop and properly utilize the talent available is inexcusable. Did I say "develop" talent? Yes I did and frankly I'm tired of the tired old response about "look how many players we put in the league."

We all have lived and learned. Leonard is no exception. I was at the game and laughed when he "posed". Never did I think it would garner this much attention. It's really been blown out of proportion. Kid will be a great one imo....
