re: Biggest disappointments of game

Not one single true national contender has average quarterback play and no running game. Daniels is a below average passer. I think he probably looks great in practice against our secondary. ...
I can't disagree that it was his first game at a new position. The issue was that he seemed totally lost. Prior he was playing off instinct. He appeared to be overthinking during the game. That should improve as the season goes on. ...

I would go with it seemed the whole team quit including the coaches. ...

The question is why did he stay in after multiple drops? It's not like they lack backups at that position. ...

re: No downfield touch by JD.

The team had several glaring issues. Daniels does bring a threat of the run, but he is so limited in downfield passing that the defense doesn't respect it. I'm not sure I saw a throw with any receiver in stride. It was all comebacks to the ball. Multiple times I saw receivers telling him to put air ...

Drive the price up. Makes it more sweet when they still suck....
Went to Pittsburg a few months ago. I don't blame him....
They are closely related currently. NIL can't be controlled because it's not within the power of the NCAA. It's a contract between a company and an individual. Same as pros and their endorsements. Programs have to adapt. One issue that can be corrected is the transfer portal. That needs addressed....
It's the first year for the coach. The previous coach left the team in a poor position. They seem well coached, but lack true scorers. Allow this coach a few years to recruit players for his system. Purple glasses fooled people into thinking this team would be anything other than what we are seeing....
Never! It's simple supply and demand. There will always be a market for the elite players. Why go where there is multiple strings attached, when someone else is willing to give you the same or more with no strings. It's a bidding war with some deep pockets. This has been happening forever. It's just...

re: Reminder: Whit Weeks is an EE

It's not an indication of Weeks talent to say we are in trouble if he sees significant playing time next year. He is extremely talented and it appears he will be a great Tiger. Transitioning from high school to the SEC is difficult. He does need to gain weight. I hope he shows out, but honestly if h...
It seemed to be a little of both. Wasn't like he exactly going all out....
I hope Boutte has a successful pro career. If his college performance is any indication, then I have doubts. I do not think JD is a prolific passer, but Boutte had more than his share of dropped passes this year. Most of the time he seemed to be going through the motions. The whole situation is extr...

Whoever cleaned the cement needs alignment. ...
Daniel's is an average passer with elite running ability. Daniel's was the right choice to start the year with the oline issues and really did nothing to lose the job. Nuss would be be a much better option to get the ball downfield, but he makes some poor reads. Not sure if it's over confidence or l...

Williams is most consistent back. He's not the most explosive, but has good vision. He keeps the team ahead of the chains. ...
My exact thoughts Sulphursfinest. It starts with the head coach. Strength training hasn't magically changed over the last 10 years. How could he possibly get players to buy in, if the head coaches had little to no accountability?...
