Florida’s Patric Young is 6-foot-9 and 250 pounds and his workout for basketball season consists of this...

-Wind sprints while holding a boxing heavy bag
-A tug-of-war style pulling of a car in neutral while sitting
-Flipping a monster truck tire continuously for 35 seconds
-Pushing a pickup truck in neutral

Or you can just watch his workout in full here.

Florida's Basketball S and C coach Preston Greene is an extremely good strength coach. Hes a level 5 coach under Charles Poliquin who is one of the best private S and C coaches in the world.

Looks like he's training for MMA instead of basketball. Maybe he is planning ahead in case his basketball career doesn't pan out!

All back flipping the tire... very little use of his legs.

Good workout though, he is strong.
