Talented four-star dual-threat quarterback Justin Rogers from Bossier City, LA (Parkway HS) unveiled his top seven schools on Twitter Wednesday night and included LSU and Tennessee in the mix.

His top schools are LSU, TCU, Tennessee, Oregon, Louisville, and Harvard.

The 6-4, 195-pound prospect is rated the No. 4 dual-threat quarterback in the country and the No. 6 overall player from the state of Louisiana for the class of 2018, according to Rivals.

Unlike starting defensive backs, NFL has not been a guarantee for LSU QBs. Agree with most of you...if it came down to LSU or Harvard, the answer would be 100% Harvard. Correct, school will be paid for one way or the other and you will be part of a very elite/loyal network.

Harvard does not offer athletic scholarships, nor does any other Ivy League school. Aid is all need based. If your parents make less than $125k, tuition is free.

they don't give out athletic scholarships, but there are a million and one ways school gets paid for. They are private, so they have all sorts of cash flowing in terms of scholarships and awards for other things.
