Reports: Vanderbilt To Interview Brian Schottenheimer

Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, Vanderbilt will interview Brian Schottenheimer for the team's available heading coaching position.

Rams offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer is interviewing today for the Vanderbilt head coaching job, per league sources.
Before becoming the Rams offensive coordinator, Schottenheimer was the quarterback coach for the San Diego Chargers.

During his college years, Schottenheimer played for coach Steve Spurrier's Florida Gators football team from 1994 to 1996. He was a backup to starting quarterback Danny Wuerffel.
