The ClarionLedger.com is reporting that Ole Miss sophomore offensive lineman Rod Taylor injured his shoulder in a non-football related activity.

According to RebelGrove.com, the sophomore’s ‘serious’ injury was either caused or worsened by Taylor participating in a boxing match.
Taylor missing any significant amount of time this season would be a substantial blow to Ole Miss’ already-thin offensive line, which finished 12th in the Southeastern Conference in sacks allowed last fall.
