Five-star quarterback Ricky Town, from Ventura, CA, de-committed from the Alabama via Twitter today. Here is what he said:

Town is the No. 2 overall rated QB and has been committed to Alabama since Aug. 5th. He has offers from most major schools including Miami, Florida State, Texas, USC, Georgia and Michigan.
