It looks like new Alabama offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin is really high on his running backs going into this season. Kiffin told reporters at the DEX Imaging Football Preview for L’Arche Mobile Thursday night, that his three running backs T.J. Yeldon, Derrick Henry and Kenyan Drake are probably better than any three in the NFL...

Equate, nothing. If you write a column you need to act like a journalist and not a partisan hack.

“There probably aren’t three more talented tailbacks in the NFL on a roster" is an outlandish statement in and of itself. Most folks will equate a statement like that as meaning they're "better" than any 3 RBs in the NFL. Considering the asinine statements Kiffin has come up with in the past, I'm amazed that anyone would defend this clown.

Mr.Leo should correct his story,Kiffin did NOT say they were better. Get it right.

Saban fires him mid season......Kiffen can't help himself.....The first big win they get this year he will get the verbal diarrhea with a Tuscaloosa News reporter and overstep the limits lil Nickie has put on him.

It's going to be fun watching the run away train (Kiffin) run into the wall (Saban). I'm sure that cretin will have more pearls of wisdom as this thing progresses.

He praises his players and LSU fans act as if they lost their first born.

Mr Leo needs to look up what talent is,then come back and fix his story.
antibarner - 21 months
None of you can read. He did NOT say "better". He was talking about talent.
They collectively may have more ability and talent that the NFL guys, but they have to be coached up and develop. They have the potential. Kiffin did NOT say they could beat any of those guys out of a job today. Good grief.

I don't usually wish failure on anyone, but I would love to see this douche get canned mid season!

Henry's going beast mode this year folks. LSU fans should be shaking in their boots.

That is s Bama's "home run hire" folks..
LSUrme - 21 months
Well they are definitely better than Trent Richardson and Mark Ingram, but not Eddie Lacy.

That's all three active Bama NFL RBs right there.
Laman1978 - 21 months
That is funny. Mark Ingram was apparently one of the best RBs in Bama history and can't even beat out undrafted free agents in New Orleans.
