Lashlee, 31, is in his fourth season as an offensive coordinator on the college level and his second at Auburn. Auburn coach Gus Malzahn handles the primary play-calling duties, but he seeks input before and during games from Lashlee, who also makes several calls and adjustments.

"He was one of the best in the business last year and I've felt that way for a long time," Malzahn said in October. "He's very good at what he does and I feel the same way this year."
Former Tulsa coach Bill Blankenship was fired on Dec. 1st after a 3-9 season.
