Auburn signee Kalvaraz Bessent was arrested early Saturday on marijuana-related charges by the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office in Florida. Per AL.com...

quote:Bessent, a 6-foot, 170 pound cornerback from Georgia was originally committed to Alabama but changed his commitment to Auburn back on December 9th.
The cornerback out of St. Mary's, Ga., was arrested on two felony charges stemming from possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession with intent, according to the county jail. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
Bessent was released Saturday on $5,506 bond.
