Winter Vacation Destinations

Looking for a relaxing and low key vacation for my wife and I this winter (maybe around New Years) for 2-4 days. Want to stay in the US, not interested in skiing and would like to go somewhere that is no more than a couple hours drive from a southwest friendly airport. Ideas so far include Sedona or a Pacific Coast Highway road trip. Any thoughts on those destinations or suggestions for other places we should look into?

You can hardly go wrong on the Cali coast. Southwest friendly, winter lovely and vacation outstanding! I also recommend cause it's multicultural. I mean, why spend to leave your world to visit the same elsewhere right?

Do you want it to be warm?

Would prefer it to be warm, but willing to look at cold weather spots as well.

Strawberry Park hot springs just outside of Steamboat, or Mt Princeton hot springs near Salida. Both about 3hr drives from DEN.
Or go to Sonoma.
