Wichita and Tulsa recs?

Will be working in Wichita tomorrow and Tulsa Thursday.
Any recs on food, must dos, or bars?
I'll be solo so I don't think I want to bar hop or anything like that.

Blue Dome area in Tulsa is fun with lots of food options. Prairie Artisan Ales has a taproom there as well if you're a beer fan, but it's not in the Blue Dome though it's nearby.

Agreed on Prairie for Tulsa. Apparently some other brewery tap room opened up DT and is pretty good. R Bar on Peoria was my favorite beer/food/outdoor patio option when I lived there. Looked it up and the Tulsa Tough is this weekend. Might have some stuff going on Thursday night for that.

I haven't been in years...but I always loved going to Tulsa. Spend some time in the Brookside part of town. There were some really nice bars and restaurants.
BTW...some of the best tabbouleh you will ever find is in Tulsa.
If you are going to be downtown...I always liked going to Spudder. Always one of my favorites.
McGills was always nice, too.

Old town in Wichita is the bar hub.
Try meads corner downtown for coffee if you like coffee. It's really good.

Yea I think I'll be checking it out tonight. They said it gets pretty sketchy at night so I think I'll just go early.

Starlite drive-in movie in Wichita. Three movies in one night. I'd go loaded with PF Changs, Cigars and Booze. Would always fall asleep during second movie....lol

Really wish I would have seen this earlier. If you are ever in Wichita again, do not try any of the places mentioned here haha.

Go to American Solera in Tulsa. Great beers. A bit out of the way though.
