Trying to decide between actual Disney or Vero Beach. We are membees of Disney Vacation Club.

Disney would cost 2800 for tickets and meals.

Vero Beach would only cost whatever it cost to eat out there.

We are DVC also, only stayed on Disneyworld properties.

Have you stayed at VEro or other non disneyworld locations? How were they?

No I haven't yet. Looking to go for Easter to VB or Disney. Food and tickets are expensive

I've stayed at Vero. It's nice and relaxing but pretty boring otherwise. I don't remember what time of year, but the beach is a sea turtle nesting ground. And they used to take a small group out to watch a mother lay and bury the eggs. They may have stopped that though

I've also stayed at Aulani in Hawaii. Fantastic resort. Can't recommend it enough.

But not of your own device.

I haven't been there but I have a different question. I've been looking into DVC and was wondering if you liked it? I'm looking at doing resale right now. What is your home resort? I'm thinking of starting off with 125 points.

You aren't asking nearly enough questions.

My home resort is Bay Lake Tower, we have 250 points. Allows us to go twice every few years and once every year.

250 points!! Big spender!

I only have 100 and with borrowing has been enough for us for now.

My home resort is Aulani.

Plan on doing Aulani in '18, just gotta take care of flights.

I've been thinking with 100-125 I could go in either a studio or 1 bedroom every other year for a week.
