That's really interesting. I hope it doesn't change the dynamic of Stowe too much - that's a great quiet Vermont town that I'd hate to see become super commercialized.

Really curious to see how the Epic pass is structured for next season and if they offer any new deals. The Max pass and RMSP I feel have stepped up their passes this past season especially the RMSP with the kids ski free pass for early bird buyers. I had been an epic pass holder for years but switched to RMSP as it was cheaper, came with a free pass for my son and I could get away from the I-70 crowds(have been to steamboat and crested butte so far this season). A lot of people complain about Vail Resorts for various reasons but the way they have changed the season pass game and made it more affordable has been great in my book.
