I've had 2 people in recent weeks tell me that Durango is nice. Never been. How does it compare with places like Telluride and Park City? Thanks in advance...

Have skied Purgatory a handful of times and have always enjoyed it. Never been in the offseason though. Its been a while since I've been but it I imagine its only gotten better. Not as crowded as the other big name skiing resorts. Elk were pretty prevelant.
