St. John's USVI Home/Villa Rental

Has anyone rented a private home or villa on St. John's? I have viewed some possibilities, but cannot tell if these are part of a complex. I am seeking a private setting with 1-2 bedrooms. TIA

I have and have consulted others on their selection. I've found that most of the villa owners are very helpful in answering all questions about their property. You'll find that some are homes that have a few units and share a common pool or parking area. Or some owners may live in a downstairs unit with a seperate entrance.
Just email/call and ask. We were looking for a private house and moved a few off the list after chatting with the owner/prop manager.
