Somewhere in the Caribbean or Central America for a week in early June

3 of us looking to go for 6-8 days the first week of June.....hoping to spend around $10,000.
My first choice is Cuba.
Costa Rica sounds pretty awesome.
I like fishing, outdoors things, sports, beaches, nature, hot Latina women, etc
How about Barbados or Grenada? St. Bart's or St. Marteen? Grenada or Turks & Caicos? Aruba or Curaçao?
ETA: flying out of Miami, so all these places are pretty close. Even South America is a possibility....I'd love to visit Colombia.
Since it's only a week long trip, we'd kinda like to stay put in one or two general places. Don't have time to travel around packing & unpacking constantly.

ages of the people going? Sounds like this isn't a married couple trip...

Fishing?
Kind of a push on many places you named.
The Pacific Coast of Costa Rica is probably the prime venue.
Outdoors things?
Again, almost everywhere has some outdoor activities
Hiking, zip lining, whitewater rafting all again in CR
Sports?
Can't help you other than soccer is popular throughout Latin America & the Carribean and cricket in the West Indies
Beaches?
By definition on all Carribean islands and throughout Latin America
Nature?
There are some interesting sights & sites all through the area.
Volcanoes & Jungles in CR, Aruba's aridness, Diving off Cayman, I'd guess with an eye towards diversity of Nature, Costa Rica wins.
Hot Latina Women?
Cartegena, Colombia /discussion
There are attractive women anywhere there's a decent amount of money & development in the region.
Costa Rica for most of your criteria, in my humble opinion.
Fly internationally into Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR airport) and explore Guanacaste Province there.

If it's a bro trip, check out San Juan Del sur, Nicaragua. Costa Rica sounds like the best option for all the stuff you listed off.

If you want to go to Cuba you need to read up on it. You can't just decide to go. There's a process to get the VISA and you have to fit into one of several categories and meet the criteria required while you are there. A search of this forum will give you the information.

St. Bart's or St. Marteen?
St. Barth's is beautiful. If you want to party and be on topless beaches St. Martin is a great choice. The interior of the island is not my favorite but the beaches and bars are great. If you could go in March I'd suggest it because the Heineken Regatta is there in March and it's a week long party with beautiful people everyone. I've never seen so many beautiful naked breasts in one place.
It's also a 45 minute ferry ride to St. Barth's although it is nicknamed the St. Barf's ferry so be forewarned that it is a rough ride. If you do take that ferry do not under any circumstances sit inside the ferry. It's a puke fest in there.

Don't do Costa Rica. That's part of their rainy season, it will literally rain 95% of the time you're there.
