Spring break/Easter is late this year, after ski season. Mardigras will be the only holiday that families/teachers can ski on a holiday. I wonder if it will make it busier. I would rather go late March than late February, but the cold shouldn't be to bad.

Did this every year with my family until my dad finally got into the krewe he wanted .

Love steamboat. Vail is nice bc you can fly straight there. Breckenridge is also nice but a hike from the airport in Denver. Hated Angel Fire (NM), too flat and they were making snow in February when we went. Also didn't like Snowbird (Utah) due to poorly planned runs - like poorly marked, not that great an experience but it's been a while and maybe that has improved. Loved Park City (Utah) although it got expensive after the Olympics were there. Maybe that too has gone down some.

Quite a few times, always been a great trip. Copper was a blast but Steamboat had more secluded feel and is absolutely stunning at night.

Jackson Hole, Wyoming is the best place I've been too as far as the skiing goes. Park City, Utah is great too and easy to get to, and the town is much more vacation friendly.

We used to go to New Mexico every year for Spring Break (which for us coincided with MG)

In New Mexico the snow was always hit or miss, but CO should be fine

La Nina should be taking a huge dump on northern CO around then.
