Trying to plan a vacation for me and the SO for next February or April. WOW airlines has flights that are all about the same price (400$ Round trip) so looking to book soon. We're still young (25 and 22) so keep that in mind as well. Thanks guys

Paris is amazing...I haven't been to London, but Paris would be great choice...so much history and so many cool places to visit....how long is your trip?

London >>>>>>> Paris
ETA: Easier to get around London. Just as much history. English. Go the King's Cross or St Pancras and pick a destination. Oxford, Stonehenge, Cambridge, Cliffs of Dover... $10 round trip. So you aren't limited to London.

7 days. I could probably lengthen to 10 if need be. Trying to do during my winter or spring break.

10 days you could do both...they're a pretty easy train ride. Or if you wanted to spend like a week in one and then see the highlights in the other it's possible.

So Dublin no go? I was kinda leaning toward Paris since my break will be on Valentine's in the winter. Kill two birds and all. But the other two are top on my list too, to at least see eventually.

I'll add a trip to Bath. Can see Stonehenge on the way

Oh I know nothing about Dublin...planning my first trip to Europe right now. Just know that the other 2 are supposed to be great and its feasible to do both.

Do Paris and London. Easy trip by train. Both great cities. Both super easy for inexperienced international travelers.
But where do you see a 400.00 trip to Paris? They are hard to find under 1k. Please share

We were not impressed with Paris.

I would like to go to Paris and France period. I went to Germany and Austria but France is my next target.

The Louvre was neat but so big it was tough to do all in a day. Tourists everywhere between there and the Eiffel Tower. Eiffel Tower and Notre Dam had very long lines. We stayed in a B&B up in Montmantre. We had a nicer, more enjoyable time just saying up around there and walking around. Sacre-Coeur was stunning and offers a fantastic view down on the city.
But we enjoyed London and Italy a ton more. Easier to get around. More to see. And we weren't going in expecting that.
Like others have said though, if you have 10 days, do both.

Id do Paris then London. Paris is an incredible city, even more so if you like art , sculptures , gardens etc. I'd hit all the big museums , up the hill to Sacred Heart and make it out to Versailles , rent bikes and bike the grounds there.
London is a great city, but, Paris is incredible.

The Louvre is awesome if you do a private tour and hit the highlights. We used a company called Paris Muse. They do private group up to four guests. Great way to see the place in three hours.

I did a trip with my ex now to Paris and london. Loved Paris. The thing about Paris is you never know what you will find around each corner. Fountains, catherals, statues, etc. We did 5 days there and that felt about right. My advice learn to use the metro early and it is great. We hauled arse to London via eurotrain for one day. Recommend the double decker bus tour for that. Definitely wish we had another day in london. Enjoy your trip and soak it in.

Paris. I am there right now and it is a blast. Beautiful city. Lots to do. Best restaurants in the world. Best museums too. Try to fly in to London, stay in that great city for a few days, then take the Chunnel Train to Paris. I am going to lunch at Le Grand Vefour right now.

London
Paris
Dublin
Is like asking which ice cream flavor is the best.
Dublin is much smaller than the other two, London appeals better to typical Americans but is more expensive than Dublin. Paris is exotique and expensive and there is a minor language barrier compared to the other two.
Any choice would be a winner, economy-wise Dublin wins. I'd rent a car and explore around Dublin, with the other two choices, there's too much to see/do accessible via the subway systems you won't need a car.
For me it's a tie with Paris in the hind spot. That's just my personal view.

All three are fricking expensive. You would think Ireland would be cheap but no way.
Of the three London is the best place.
Dublin eating and drinking isn't much difference price wise than London
