Opening date for new Margeritaville resort in Biloxi?

Sounds like this will be a great place to take the kids one weekend. How close are they to being ready to open?

I heard from a couple of friends(I work with the company helping with the HR side) that they are going to try to soft open this weekend. I drove by this morning and it looks like this is what they are gearing up for.. All the construction equipment has been moved and the clean up is happening now.
Phase 2 (which hasn't been announced yet) will start construction in October.
