Planning a trip to Switzerland in late December-Early January. Going to spend a few nights in Zurich, Lucerne, and Geneva. Any recs on things to do outside of skiing during the winter months? Also, will be in Lucerne for NYE, and I cant decide weather to stay in Lucerne or take a side trip for the night.
-Thanks

Why would you not be skiing in the worldwide mecca for skiing in the peak season for skiing?

Skiing is understood and will be done while we are there. (should have clarified, sorry)
I was looking for recommendations other than skiing

Don't have a particular recommendation, other than to say that Lucerne is incredible and you're going to have a great time there that time of year.

Just wanted to say x2 on this. One of my favorites places I've ever visited.
