Need ideas for a "Guy's trip"

I am in a group of 4-6 friends that plan a trip once per year to all get together. We've done an arctic fishing trip, and a kayaking/hiking/camping trip. Both were in Norway, and pretty memorable.
So, something along those lines. We all live in Europe, so that is where it needs to be - but preferably not Norway. Iceland? Finland? Canoeing in eastern europe?
Any ideas? I was thinking about a snow-mobiling trip in Finland, but am open to other ideas. Any suggestions? What would you do?

Hit up Maradous if you can, they had a big event on a Saturday. Then you can do Rochfort and maybe Westvleteren?

Go to Lake Bled in Slovenia. Lot of stuff to do there. Hiking, fishing, rafting, and a casino.
