Attractions, Places to Eat, Beach?

What do they have there and how is the beaches?

It's not a nice beach and the town is pretty much pigeon forge on the coast.

If you live in the Carolinas and have any sense you don't go to Myrtle Beach... it's hell on earth. They actually sell Ohio stuff in gift shops where the "i" is a palmetto tree (SC's state flag). I'd stay in a neighboring beach town and just visit. It's bumper to bumper traffic in the summer and the beach is crowded.

Very true with one exception - there are golf courses everywhere.
