Considering a long weekend trip to Montreal in early August. Looking for any insight on things to do, etc. Restaurant scene looks great too. TIA!

I'll be there in July for a bachelor party and will try and report back to this board.

i don't like poutine, and don't really know what else to look for.

Vieux port steakhouse in old montreal
Montreal Casino
Notre Dame Basilica
Old Montreal-walk down St. Paul street-tons of shops and food-poutine all over

Bell Centre tour if you like hockey

Can ice skate downtown-we did this-can't remember location, by a hilton i believe

Go to top of Mount Royal overlooking downtown
