Fun stuff to do for a couple near Destin, FL?

Have a trip there in June. I'll be doing the cooking so don't need to eat out (hehehe. I'll do that too)

Joes Patti's Seafood in Pensacola is incredible.
There is a small sushi bar in the back that is excellent. They also have a decent liquor store.

Sextons is good. They opened one up right next to my parents condo when they still had it. It was nice just walking over with my wheeled ice chest and loading up.
